Center for intercultural dialogue in cooperation with JEF –Macedonia, supported by the EU Info centre of the Delegation of European Union in Macedonia at 17th of May 2013 organized simulation of EU decision-making and politics. This unique simulation took place in the secondary schools in Kumanovo and Struga where significant number of high-school youth had superb opportunity to a first-hand experience of the functioning of European Institutions. The students passed the two day training process learning of the functioning of the EU and enrolled themselves to represent Ministers from EU members and members of EU parliament, afterward they had an opportunity to debated a controversial, real-life legislative proposals drafted by the European Commission and simulated EU law-making by acting as Members of the European Parliament and Members of the Council of the European Union.
